The online registration is open until Jan. 20th, 2018. Early registration is strongly encourage. You can registrate by click "Registration Form" shown below

Registration fee

The registration fee for each participant is ¥1000 RMB. It covers the expenses on meals, social events, coffee breaks and workshop facilities. It can be paid at the registration desk upon arrival. The fee must be paid in cash or China Union card only (no credit card issued by non-Chinese banks will be accepted). The registration fee for each accompany person is ¥300 RMB. Accommodations are not included in registration and will have to be paid separately.

Others

The workshop venue is the International Conference Center (ICC) in the UCAS Yanqihu Campus. We have reserved for the workshop participants a number of rooms in the ICC. Hotel rooms will be better gauranteed for early registrants.
