This is an annual workshop aiming to promote the study of new physics searches beyond the Standard Model at BESIII. One of the prime goals of the BESIII experiment is to search for new physics phenomena by utilising the datasets collected at several energy points in the tau-charm region, including J/psi resonance. This workshop intends to provide an ideal venue for both theorists and experimentalists to discuss the latest results and developments in the area of the new physics, and to come up with the new research ideas for the interests of BESIII experiment. The 2019 BESIII new physics workshop will be held in the Department of Modern Physics, University of Science & Technology of China, Hefei, China during May 24-26, 2019. The agenda of the conference is listed below: 1) Search for forbidden symmetry violating processes 2) Search for flavour changing neutral current (FCNC) processes 3) Search for invisible decays of vector and pseudo-scalar mesons 4) Search for low-mass axions, Higgs and dark bosons. 5) Measurement of the electromagnetic transition form factors This workshop will also provide an opportunity to discuss the data quality (such as tracking, PID and photon detection efficiencies) of the recently collected 10 billion of the J/psi data that will be utilised to perform the aforementioned new physics searches/measurements in the next few years. The registration fee of the workshop is 1000 CNY for faculty and postdocs and 800 CNY for the Ph.D and Master students covering the conference room, meeting materials, lunch, dinner, banquet, and coffee breaks. It can be paid at the registration desk of the conference venue on the date of arrival. The mode of the payment would be either cash in Chinese Yuan only or Union-pay credit/ debit card. The registration fee does not include the accommodation charges, and the participants need to directly pay the hotel charges to their respective hotels. For accommodation, there is a "JiangNanChun" Hotel near USTC that costs 248 CNY/night for a standard double bed room. Participants can also choose their accommodation in the "GaosuKaiYuan" Hotel (398 CNY/night), which is around 2 km away from the conference venue.
